$0.35 / min beyond included minutes. We auto-notify at 80% of your allowance — no surprise bills.

Setup fee

$1,500 on Pro & Scale — covers deep integration, kickoff and custom voice training. Waived on annual prepay.

Annual billing

15–20% discount for paying annually. Recommended once you've added a website or services.

Website minimum

12 months on Standard and Custom website paths — or the one-time $1,500 setup to go month-to-month.

Refunds

Your free 14-day trial is the risk-free window — no card needed to start. Once a plan is active, monthly fees are non-refundable.
