How long does it take?
Brief to launch is typically 3–5 weeks for a standard service-business site (8–12 pages). Larger builds with custom CMS modeling take 6–10 weeks. We'll quote a date on the discovery call.
Do I own the site?
Yes. Code in your GitHub, domain in your name, content in your CMS. We hand over the keys at launch — keep us on for maintenance or move on, no lock-in.
Can I edit the content myself?
Yes. Every site ships with a content-editor pass (Sanity / Payload / Contentful — your call) so non-technical team members can ship updates without touching code.
Do you only build websites, or…?
Websites are our core service — that's what this engagement is. We also build AI workers that answer phones, send quotes and book jobs (Voice & Chat), which is a separate offering. If you want both, they share data cleanly. If you just want the site, that's the whole package — no upsell pressure on the call.
